Pablo, Gina and family came to stake conference because I gave them money for the jeepney ride.
This group came from Negros to do temple work--youth baptisms for the dead, family sealings, own endowments, and proxies for all the ordinances.
They traveled 18 hours packed in with as many people as possible--the bus was built for 20 and they had 31 people to get here to the temple. For the return trip from Cebu they had to go over a very steep mountain road then load bus and people on a ferry to Negros then another 14 plus hours of bus travel on very narrow, mostly bumpy dirt roads over mountains to their homes.
When they got all loaded up and were ready to go the bus would not start and they had to do some mechanic work to get it going
