The bakery in Bob's was particularly nice specializing in desserts. In the Philippines there are bakeries on almost every street sometimes two or three in a block.
Three couples, Ganirs, Bringhursts, and Wards, flew from Cebu to Bacolod, about a 40 minute flight, where we were greeted by Brother and Sister Gale, Madeleine, Judith, and Ninfu. The sisters were all given a beautiful shell necklace. Then we were loaded in a van and taken to Bob's for a wonderful breakfast. According to Sister Gale Bob's is the best place to eat in Bacolod. We hadn't eaten anywhere else but we had to agree with her it was really good.
